Service Description

The Heartsaver® CPR AED course is geared for everyday Canadians. If you need the basics, look no further. This video-based, instructor-led course teaches how to recognize cardiac arrest, get emergency care on its way quickly and provide help until someone with more advanced training arrives to take over. You’ll get hands-on practice in performing high-quality CPR, using an AED, relieving choking and giving mouth-to-mouth breaths or breaths with a mask. Approximate Course Length: 4.5 hours

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY Registration for this course confirms acceptance of the Fast Beats CPR and First Aid Ltd. booking, payment, and cancellation policies. Due to limited class sizes, instructor scheduling, and equipment preparation, Fast Beats CPR and First Aid Ltd. maintains the following booking and rescheduling policies. Individual Bookings All bookings are final sale. Rescheduling requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Requests made within 48 hours of the course start time are subject to a $25 administration fee. One reschedule is permitted within one month of the original course date, subject to course availability. If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, another participant may attend in your place. Please notify us in advance so we can update the registration. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling and must pay the full course fee to book again. Business Bookings (2 or More Participants) All bookings are final sale. Training may take place either at the Fast Beats CPR and First Aid Ltd. training location or on-site at the client’s location. Participant numbers over the required minimum are finalized eight (8) days before the scheduled course date, at which time an invoice will be issued. Once the invoice is issued, adjustments to participant numbers cannot be made. If final participant numbers are not received eight (8) days prior to the scheduled course date, the original estimated number of participants will be finalized in the invoice. A minimum of eight (8) participants is required for local training at a client’s location. A minimum of ten (10) participants is required for on-site training involving travel exceeding one hour. Rescheduling requires a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ notice. One reschedule is permitted within one month of the original course date, subject to course availability. Course Cancellations by Fast Beats CPR and First Aid Ltd. Fast Beats CPR and First Aid Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to low enrollment, instructor illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, participants will be offered the option to transfer to the next available course date or receive a full refund. While our policies must remain consistent to ensure fair scheduling and course delivery, we always do our best to assist participants when possible.
