Service Description
Individuals are only able to take a renewal class once every alternating renewal year. Providers must complete the renewal class prior to the expiration of their current HSF provider level Standard First Aid certification. Individuals, who hold a current HSF renewal Standard First Aid certification, are required to take a full HSF Standard First Aid provider course. Approximate Course Length for renewal course: 1 day (8 hours)

Cancellation Policy
*FOR INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS* 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a course. The credit card on file will be charged for cancellations or a course rescheduled under 48 hours, for the full course amount including GST. A one-time rescheduling policy does apply and the course must be taken within one month from the original course date. No-shows will not be rescheduled. *FOR BUSINESS BOOKINGS* OUR LOCATION & ON-SITE Final numbers for course participants will be taken a week before the scheduled course date and an invoice will be sent. A minimum of six students are required for on-site training locally. A minimum of eight students are required for on-site training for travel above one hour. Once the invoice has been finalized, adjustments for missing participants will not be made. The credit card on file will be automatically charged if a full payment including GST is not made on the scheduled course date.
